Abstract

Epidermolysis bullosa dystrophica (EBD), is one of the most severe inherited epidermolysis, a group of mechanobullous dermatological disorder. In this trial patient with mesangiocapillary glomerulonephritis diagnosed by kidney biopsy is presented. The biopsy was done to determine the causes of proteinuria and microscopic hematuria while the patients is followed-up diagnosis of epidermolysis bullosa.

Abstract

Epidermolizis Büllöza Distrofika (EBD); kalıtsal, epidermolizle giden mekanobüllöz dermatolojik hastalıklar grubunun en şiddetli olanıdır. Bu makalede, Epidermolizis Büllöza tanısı ile izlenmekte iken, proteinüri ve mikroskopik hematüri sebebi ile yapılan böbrek biyopsisinde mezangiokapiller glomerülonefrit tanısı alan bir hasta anlatıldı.
