Abstract
Timpanosklerotik stapes fiksasyonu bulunan sekiz hastada cerrahi tedavi uygulanmis, teknik ve fonksiyonel sonuclar bildirilmistir. Tabani mobil oldugu stapes fiksasyonlarinda timpanosklerotik dokuile kaplanmis olan suprastrukturdtn. gikartilmasi ve inkus uzun kolu ile taban arasina teflon protez yerlestirilmesi, tabanin fikse oldugu
olgularda kuctik ve biiyiik fenestrasyonlu teflon protez uygulamalan ile basarili sonuclar alnmustir. Kulak zarinda perforasyon bulunan olgularda kulak zarinin aynl seansda fibrin yapistirici ile onarimasmimn gtivenilir bir teknik oldugu géorulmustir.

Abstract
The technique and functional results of eight surgically treated patients with tympanosclerotic stapes fixation are presented. Satisfactory results are obtained in cases with stapes fixation and mobil footplate, where the suprastructure embedded in tympanosclerotic tissue is replaced by a teflon prosthesis and in cases with footplate fixation
where small or large fenestra stapedectomies are performed. It is concluded that reconstruction of concomitant tympanic membrane perforations using fibrin glue is a safe procedure to perform at the same stage with stapedectomy.
