Ereksiyonun Mekanizması

Abstract

Ereksiyon sinir sistemi, damar sistemi, penis ve yardımcı oluşumlarının kombine çalışması ile oluşmaktadır. Sinir uyarımları ile arterlerde oluşan genişleme, venlerde gözlenen daralma (görüş birliği henüz yoktur) ve trabekulalarda bulunan düz kaslardaki gevşeme ile başlamaktadır. Ereksiyonun gevşemeden önceki son dönemi olan e«rijit ereksiyon fazı ise çoğu araşlırıcıların fikrine göre iskiokavernöz kaslarda meydana gelen kasılma, bir kısmına göre ise trabekulalarda yeralan düz kasların kasılması ile oluşmaktadır.

Mechanısm Of Erectıon

Abstract

Erection occurs by the interaction of nervous system, vascular system, penis and its auxillary elemeni$. In the first stage of erection, neuronal impulses produce dilatation in the penile arteries, vas0constriction in veins (but still there is no agreemeni) and relaxation in the trabecular smooth muşcles. Most of the authors describe that, contraction in the ischiocrural muscles makes «rigid phase of erection» which iş the previous stage before the flaccid phase.
