Abstract
1989 - 1991 yılları arasında malpozisyona bağlı koksidinisi olan 9 olguya parsiyel veya total koksigektomi uygulandı. Ortalama 14 aylık izleme süresi içinde, bütün olgularda düzelme görüldü. Bu çalışmada, koksigektomi endikasyonları ve cerrahi teknik tartışıldı.

Abstract
Between 1989-1991 partial or total coccygectomy has been applied to 9 cases with coccydynia due to malposition. Recovery has been observed in all cases within average 14 months of follow-up period. In
this study, cocoygectomy indicatilon and surgery tecnigues has been discussed.
