Abstract
Akardiak ikiz gebelik monokoryonik ikiz gebeliklerin nadir ama ciddi komplikasyonlarından biridir. Burada doğum öncesi izlemi yetersiz olan ve doğumdan sonra ağır pulmoner hipertansiyonla birlikte biventriküler hipertrofik kardiyomiyopati tanısı alan bir akardiak ikiz eşi antenatal izlemin önemine dikkat çekmek için sunulmuştur.
