Malign Lenfoma Tedavisinde Kullanılan İlaçların Gonad Fonksiyonlarına Etkisi

Abstract

Çalışmaya malign lenfoma tanısı nedeniyle kemoterapi uygulahan 22'si erkek, 10'u kadın 32 hasta alınmıştır. Kemoterapinin gonad fonksiyonları üzerine olan toksik etkileri gonad hormonları ve spermogramlar ile izlenmiştir. Erkek hastaların 12'sinde 2. veya 3. kürlerden sonra azospermi gelişirken serum FSH düzeylerinde yükselme gözlendi. Ortalama 11.5 aylık takip sonrası spermogram yapılan 12 hastanın 10'unda azospermi tespit edildi. 10 kadın hastanın 4'ünde amenore gelişirken serum FSH, LH ve östradiol değerleri menapoz düzeyleri ile uyumlu idi. Kemoterapinin overler üzerine toksik etkisinin 25 yaşın üzerinde daha belirgin olduğu gözlendi.

EFFECT OF DRUGS USED IN MALIGNANT LYMPHOMA TREATMENT ON GONAD FUNCTIONS

Abstract

The effects of chemotherapy on fertility and gonad functions Was investigated in 22 male and 10 female patients who have been treated for malign Iymphoma., With this purpose, gonadal hormone Tevels, spermiograms of patients were followed Having Znd and 3rd course of therapy, 12 of the male patients were azoospermic and F5H levels were significantiy elevated. Twelve men were also followed for one year after they have completed their chemotherapy and in 10 of them was observed to be developed azoospermia, Amenorrhea has occurred in 4 of 10 patients treated with combination chemotherapy. FSH, LH and estradiol levels of these patients were consistent with menopause, It has been observed that toxic effects of chemotherapy on ovaries were prominent after 25 ages.
