Tüberküloza bagll daktilitis, son zamanlarda görülen bir komplikasyon degildir. Burada hatall bir degerlendirme ile radyolojik Olarak juvenil romatoid artrite benzetilen ve aynca sickle cell anemiye bagli hand foot sendromu olarak düsünülen bir daktilitis olgusu sunuldu. Hastamtza tüberküloz tarnsl çok kuvvetli PPD pozitjfliži, sistemik bulgular (hepatosplenomegali, daktilitis, epidemit) ve babada aktif tüberkülozun belirlenmesi ile konuldu. Bu nedenle, süt çocuklugu döncminde daktilitise yol açan hastallklar gözden geçjrildi. Çok Slls görülmemesi nedeniyle tüberküloz daktilitise dikkat çekilmek iste nildi.
Dactylitis due to the complication of tuberculosis is not seen very often now a days. Here a dactylitis case which was misdiagnosed as juvenil romatoid arthritis in radiology and which was considered as hand-food syndrome due to sickle cell anemia is presented. This patient was diagnosed ag tuberculosis with positive PPD (20 mm) and systemic findings (dactylitis, epididymitis and hepatosplenomegaly); active tuberculosis in the father. For this reason diseases causing dactylitis in infants is looked over. Because it is not seen very often , dactylits due otuberculosis is emphasized.
