                            <p>Objective: It is aimed to examine in detail the anatomical and micromorphological structures of the vegetative and generative organs of the endemic L. microphyllum Boiss. species distributed in the Eastern Black Sea region and to determine the anatomical changes that can be seen in plants of the same species in different ecological regions. Materials and Methods: Specimens of L. microphyllum species were collected from Giresun Karagöl plateau in 2019. Section and sutface sections were taken from the vegetative and generative organs of the species. For micromorphological investigations, stem, leaf, calix, corolla and fruit surfaces were examined with Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM). Results: There is a thin layer of periderma in the root structure of the species. The root has a distinguishable endodermis layer. The stem is 4-cornered. There are multilayered collenchyma at the corners. The leaf is dorsiventral. The mesophyll consists of 2-3 layers of palisade parenchyma and 3-4 layers of spongy parenchyma. The leaves have diacitic and anomocytic stomata. The stoma ratio is 0.44. Two types of eglandular hairs and three types of glandular hairs (capitate and peltate) were determined on the leaf, calyx and corolla surface of the species. Conclusion: In conclusion, with this study, the anatomical and micromorphological structures of the vegetative and generative organs of the endemic L. microphyllum species distributed in the Eastern Black Sea region were investigated. It has been determined that there are some changes in the anatomical structures of the samples belonging to the same species in different ecological environments.</p></trans-abstract>
                                                                                                                                    <abstract><p>Amaç: Doğu Karadeniz bölgesinde yayılış gösteren endemik L. microphyllum Boiss. türünün vejetatif ve generatif organlarının anatomik ve mikromorfolojik yapılarının ayrıntılı şekilde incelenmesi ve farklı ekolojik bölgelerde aynı türe ait bitkilerde görülebilecek anatomik değişikliklerin belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Materyal ve Yöntem: L. microphyllum türüne ait örnekler 2019 yılında Giresun Karagöl yaylasından toplanmıştır. Türün vejetatif ve generatif organlarından enine ve yüzeysel kesitler alınmıştır. Mikromorfolojik incelemeler için gövde, yaprak, kaliks, korolla ve meyve yüzeyleri Tarayıcı Elektron Mikroskobu (SEM) ile incelenmiştir. Araştırma Bulguları: Türün kök yapısında ince bir periderma tabakası bulunmaktadır. Kökte belirgin bir endodermis tabakası yer almaktadır. Gövde 4 köşelidir. Köşelerde çok sıralı kollenkima bulunmaktadır. Yaprak dorsiventraldir. Mezofil 2-3 sıralı palizat parankiması ve 3-4 sıralı sünger parankimasından oluşmaktadır. Yapraklarda diasitik ve anomositik tip stomalar bulunmaktadır. Stoma indeks oranı 0,44’dür. Türün yaprak, kaliks ve korolla yüzeyinde 2 tip örtü tüyü, 3 tip salgı tüyü (kapitat ve peltat) belirlenmiştir. Meyve yüzeyi retikulattır.Sonuç: Sonuç olarak bu çalışma ile Doğu Karadeniz bölgesinde yayılış gösteren endemik L. microphyllum türünün vejetatif ve generatif organlarının anatomik ve mikromorfolojik yapıları incelenmiştir. Aynı türe ait örneklerin farklı ekolojik ortamlarda anatomik yapılarında bazı değişikliklerin olduğu belirlenmiştir.</p></abstract>
