                                                                                                <abstract><p>Elaeagnus angustifolia, Dünyanın birçok kurak ve yarı kurak yerlerinde su yolları boyunca bulunan doğallaşmış bir Avrasya ağacıdır. Hippophae rhamnoides ise Asya ve Avrupa&#039;nın soğuk ılıman bölgelerinde geniş yayılışa sahip çiçekli bir çalıdır. Bu çalışma Elaeagnaceae familyası içerisinde yer alan E. angustifolia ve H. rhamnoides subsp. caucasica taksonlarının anatomik, palinolojik ve trikom mikromorfolojik özellikleri incelenerek, cinslerin taksonomisine katkı sağlamak amacıyla yapılmıştır. Taksonların anatomik çalışmaları kapsamında kök, gövde ve yaprak, enine kesitleri alınarak safranin fast-green yöntemiyle boyanmıştır. Taksonların anatomik özellikleri incelendiğinde sekonder yapıya sahip dikotil bir bitkinin karakteristik özelliklerini taşıdıkları belirlenmiştir. E. angustifolia yapraklarının bifasiyal, H. rhamnoides subsp. caucasica yapraklarının ise ekvifasiyal olduğu tespit edilmiştir. E. angustifolia’nın polenleri suboblat, ornamentasyon psilat-verrukattır. H. rhamnoides subsp. caucasica’nın polen şekli ise prolat-sferoidal, ornamentasyon verrukat-rugulattır. E. angustifolia ve H. rhamnoides subsp. caucasica taksonlarının trikomlarının peltat, stellat-peltat tipte olduğu belirlenmiştir.</p></abstract>
