                                                                                                <abstract><p>Bu çalışma, Karadeniz Tarımsal Araştırma Enstitüsü bünyesindeki alttan ısıtmalı cam seralarda hünnap (Ziziphus jujuba Mill.) çeliklerinde farklı çelik çapı ve farklı IBA (İndol Bütirik Asit) konsantrasyonlarının köklenmeye etkisini araştırmak amacıyla yürütülmüştür. Çalışmanın materyalini sağlayan çelikler Amasya ilinden temin edilmiştir. Ocak ayında alınan odun çelikleri; çelik boyu sabit 15 cm olacak şekilde ayarlanmış ve çalışmada üç çelik çapı (2-4 mm, 5-7mm, 9-11 mm) belirlenmiştir. Çeliklere kontrol dahil üç (0, 2500 ppm ve 5000 ppm) IBA hormon dozu uygulanmıştır. Çoğaltma ortamı olarak perlit kullanılmış ve köklendirme ortamı dikimden önce metil bromid ile dezenfekte edilmiştir. Çalışma, üç tekerrürlü ve her tekerrürde 20 çelik olacak şekilde tesadüf parselleri deneme desenine göre planlanmıştır. Çeliklerde köklenme oranı (%), canlılık oranı (%), en gelişmiş kök uzunluğu (cm), en gelişmiş kök çapı (mm), kök yaş ağırlığı (g), kök kuru ağırlığı (g), kök sayısı belirlenmiştir. Analiz sonuçlarına göre, hünnapta farklı IBA dozları ve çelik çaplarının köklenme oranına etkisi istatistiki olarak önemsiz çıkmıştır. Önemsiz çıkmasına rağmen en yüksek köklenme oranı 6-8 mm çelik çapındaki 5000 ppm hormon dozundan %2,22 olarak elde edilmiştir.</p></abstract>

                            <p>This study was carried out to determine the effects on rooting different cutting diameters and IBA concentrations of jujube (Ziziphus jujube Mill.) cuttings in glass greenhouses with bottom heated on the Black Sea Agricultural Research Institute (Samsun, Turkey). Study material was obtained from Amasya province of Turkey. Hardwood cuttings taken in January were prepared as three different diameters (2-4 mm, 5-7 mm, 9-11 mm) in a fixed length (15 cm). Including control (0, 2500 ppm and 5000 ppm) IBA concentrations were applied. As the growth medium used perlite, and before planting the rooting medium has been disinfected with methyl bromide. The experimental design was planned according to randomized plots with three replicates. In each replicates, 20 cuttings were used. In the cuttings, rooting rate (%), survival rate (%), the most grown root length (cm), the most grown root diameter (mm), root fresh weight (g), root dry weight (g), root number (quantity) were determined. In the results, the effect of different doses of IBA and cutting diameters on rooting were insignificant statistically. Although insignificant results, the highest rooting rate were obtained from 6-8 mm diameter and 5000 ppm concentration 2,22%.</p></trans-abstract>
