                                                                                                                        <abstract><p>Günümüzdeişletmeler, Endüstri 4.0 ile birlikte dijital endüstriyel teknolojilerledönüşüm yaşamaktadır. Bu çalışma, literatür taramasına dayanmakta ve Endüstri4.0’ın insan kaynakları yönetimi ile ilişkisini genel çerçevesi ile göstermeyiamaçlamaktadır. İlk olarak, kavramsal açıklamalar yaparak Endüstri 4.0 ileyaşanacağı öngörülen gelişmeler, iş hayatında gerçekleşecek dönüşümler ve karşılaşılacağıdüşünülen zorluklar ele alınmaktadır. İnsan kaynakları yönetimi açısındanbakıldığında ise, yaşanan teknolojik gelişmeler iş gücünde radikaldeğişikliklere neden olacaktır. Endüstri 4.0 ile iş gücü profilindeki değişiminyanı sıra iş gücündeki nitelikler de değişecektir. İşletmeler iş hayatındaki veiş gücündeki radikal değişikliklerin de etkisiyle ekonomik, sosyal, teknolojikolarak zorluklarla karşılaşacaktır. Bu sebeple, işletmelerin Endüstri 4.0’ıngereksinimleri doğrultusunda yeni yönetim yaklaşımları geliştirmeleri, dijitalteknolojilere uyum sağlamasını kolaylaştıracaktır. Bu bağlamda iş hayatında ve iş gücünde yaşanacak olandönüşümü incelemek ve Endüstri 4.0&#039;dakiörgütsel yapı, liderlik tarzı ve İK uygulamaları olmak üzere Endüstri4.0’ın teknolojik ortamına uygun olacağı öngörülen yönetim yaklaşımlarıhakkında bakış açısı sunmak bu çalışmanın diğer bir amacıdır.</p></abstract>
