                                                                                                <abstract><p>İnsanların değişenistek ve ihtiyaçlarıyla uyumlu bir şekilde işgörenlerin de örgüttenbeklentilerinde değişimler yaşanmaktadır. Gerek işgören gerekse örgüt açısındankarşılıklı beklentilerin karşılanması sonucunda örgütsel başarı eldeedilebilmektedir. Her bir işgörenin kendisine ait içsel motivasyona ihtiyacıolduğunu kabul eden örgütler, çalışanlarına manevi bir örgüt sunmaktadırlar.Örgütsel rekabet avantajı da sağlayan manevi örgütler, manevi çalışana dakişisel gelişim imkânı sunmaktadır. İnsanlar, kendilerine iyi davranıldığındave önemli olduklarını hissettiklerinde, daha iyi bir performans göstermekte,işyerlerinin ulusal, bölgesel ve küresel düzeyde daha iyi bir konumagelebilmesi için daha fazla çaba sarf etmektedirler. Manevi algıyı besleyen butür bir iş ortamı oluşturulmasının ardından, kuruluşun faaliyet gösterdiğitoplumda gelişmeye başlayacaktır. Bu çerçevede örgütsel maneviyat, işgörenlerintüm benlikleriyle kuruluşlarına hizmet etmelerine olanak sağlarken, bireylerinkendilik algılarını güçlendirmekte ve topluluk olma hissini pekiştirmektedir.Maneviyat denildiğindeakla öncelikle din ve dindarlıkla ilgili bir kavram gelmektedir; ancak pek çokbilim insanı örgütsel maneviyatın din olgusundan ayrı bilimsel bir içeriğiolduğunu vurgulamaktadırlar. Bu çalışmada, örgütsel maneviyatla ilgililiteratürde öne çıkan ve kabul gören tanım ve görüşlere; maneviyat ve örgütselmaneviyat ile ilgili kavram ve tanımlamalara, örgütsel maneviyatın amaçlarına,manevi örgüt ve manevi çalışana yönelik bilgilere yer verilmektedir.
