Bilimsel araştırma projeleri, özellikle son yüzyılda, çağın yükselen araştırma metotlarından biri haline gelmiştir. Bu çalışmalar esnasında sosyolojik, teknolojik ve ekonomik gelişmelere bağlı olarak yeni ortaya çıkan problemlere bir çözüm bulmak üzere farklı disiplinlerden ilim erbabı bir araya gelerek tecrübelerini ve bilgi birikimlerini paylaşmaktadırlar. Böylece bu tür birliktelikler, gündemdeki problemlere güncel çözümler üretmenin yolarını açarak bereketli sonuçların ortaya çıkmasına vesile olmaktadır. Bu sebeple araştırma projeleri, devletler tarafından teşvik edilmekte, üniversiteler ve araştırma kuruluşlarınca da desteklenmektedir. Ülkemizdeki bilimsel araştırmaların, bir devlet kuruluşu olan Tübitak ve benzeri bazı kurumlar himayesinde yürütüldüğü bilinmektedir. Bunun sonucunda faydalı bilgilerin üretilmesi hızlanmakta ve disiplinler arası bilgilerin uyumluluğu sağlanmaktadır. Bu tür çalışmaların toplamı göz önünde bulundurulduğunda, ilahiyat alanında yapılmış proje çalışmalarının sayı bakımından yetersiz olduğu aşikârdır. Bu çalışmayla, ilahiyat alanında yapılacak projelerin çoğalması için bir teşvik ortamı oluşturmak ve bu alanda çalışan ilim insanlarının cesaretlendirilmesine de katkı sağlamak üzere Tübitak tarafından desteklenmiş ve tamamlanmış ilahiyat alanındaki projeler bir tasnife tabi tutularak değerlendirilmeye çalışılmıştır.
Scientific research projects have become one of the rising research methods of the age, especially in the last century. During these studies, scholars from different disciplines come together and share their experiences and knowledge in order to find a solution to new problems that have emerged due to sociological, technological and economic developments. Thus, such unions pave the way for producing up-to-date solutions to the problems on the agenda and lead to fruitful results. For this reason, research projects are encouraged by governments and supported by universities and research organizations. It is known that scientific research in our country is carried out under the auspices of Tubitak, a state organization, and some similar institutions. As a result, the production of useful knowledge is accelerated and the compatibility of interdisciplinary knowledge is ensured. Considering the totality of such studies, it is obvious that the number of project studies in the field of theology is insufficient. In this study, in order to create an incentive environment for the proliferation of projects in the field of theology and to contribute to the encouragement of scholars working in this field, the projects in the field of theology that have been supported and completed by Tubitak have been tried to be evaluated by subjecting them to a classification.
