                                                                                                <abstract><p>Bu makalede Michael Chekhov tekniğinde rolün yaratım sürecinde kullanılan araçlardan biri olan “hayali beden” ve bu aracın oyunculuk pratiğine nasıl uygulandığı incelenmektedir. Hayali beden, oyuncunun karakterin fiziksel özelliklerini zihninde canlandırmasını ve bu hayali bedeni bir giysi gibi üzerine giymesini içeren bir araçtır. Bu araç, karakterin duruşu, jestleri ve hareketlerinin yanı sıra duygusal ve düşünsel boyutlarının da oyuncuya aktarılmasını sağlar. Hayali beden, oyuncunun karakterle bütünleşmesine ve onu sahnede daha gerçekçi bir şekilde canlandırmasına yardımcı olur. Bu süreç, aşamalı olarak gerçekleşir ve oyuncunun hem bedensel hem de psikolojik deneyimini derinden etkiler. Literatür taraması yöntemi ile oluşturulan bu çalışma, hayali beden aracının oyunculara sunduğu olanakları ve karakteri zihinsel bir kavramdan çıkarıp bedensel bir deneyime dönüştürmedeki rolünü ele alacaktır.</p></abstract>
