İSTANBUL’DA FAALİYET GÖSTEREN SEYAHAT ACENTELERİNDE PERSONEL GÜÇLENDİRME VE İNOVASYON İLİŞKİSİ

Öz

Problem Durumu: Artan rekabet ortamında seyahat acentelerinin güçlü olabilmesi
için önemli faktörlerden biri de inovasyon olarak kabul edilmektedir. İnovasyonla
ilişkili değişkenlerin araştırılması literatüre ve uygulamaya katkı sağlayabilecektir.
Araştırmanın Amacı: Seyahat acentelerinde personel güçlendirme ve inovasyon
değişkenleri arasındaki ilişkiyi araştırmaktır
Yöntem: Araştırma yöntemi olarak alan araştırma yöntemi kullanılmış, yapılandırılmış
anket tekniği ile veriler İstanbul’da faaliyet gösteren seyahat acentelerinden
toplanmıştır. Veriler SPSS 20 programı ile analiz edilmiştir.
Bulgular: Toplanan verilere, faktör analizi, korelasyon ve regresyon analizi
uygulanmıştır. Çalışmanın bulguları, personel güçlendirmenin, anlam ve özerklik
boyutlarının inovasyonun uygulama ve örgütsel destek boyutları ile olumlu ilişkili
olduğunu göstermektedir.
Sonuçlar: Seyahat acenteleri insan kaynakları yöneticilerinin işgörenler açısından
işin önemi ve yetkilendirme uygulamalarına önem vermeleri inovasyonda
yararlı olabilir.

The Relationship Between Empowerment and Inovation on Travel Agent in İstanbul

Öz

Statement of the Problem: In increasingly competitive environment, for
travel agencies to become strong, innovation is considered as one of the important
factors. Investigate the variables associated with innovation, can contribute to
the literature and implemented.
Purpose of the study: investigate the relationship between empowerment
and innovation variables on travel agencies.
Method: Quantitative methods were used in data collection and analysis. A
structured questionnaire technique was used and data collected from travel agencies
operating in Istanbul. Data were analyzed with SPSS 20 software.
Findings: factor analysis, regressions and correlation analysis were performed
on collected data,. The findings of the study, dimensions of empowerment; autonomy
and meaning are associated positively with the dimensions of innovation, implementation
and organizational supports.
Results: Human resource managers of travel agencies should give special attention
to autonomy and meaning for innovation may be useful.
