Bir Kesikli Sistemde Posidonia oceanica (L.) Deniz Çayırları Kullanılarak Hg (II)’nin Sulu Çözeltiden Biyosorbsiyonu: Denge ve Kinetik Modelleme

Öz

Bu çalışmada, bir Akdeniz lignoselülozik biyokütlesi olan ham deniz çayırı Posidonia oceanica  lifleri kullanılarak sulu çözeltiden Hg(II) uzaklaştırılması için kesikli sistem çalışmaları yapıldı. 25°C'de bir seri deneysel çalışma ile biyosorpsiyon üzerine pH ve temas süresi etkisi araştırıldı. Hg (II) 'nin uzaklaştırılmasının ilk aşamada (40 dk) çok hızlı olduğu ve optimum biyosorpsiyon kapasitesinin çözeltinin pH’sı 6 iken gerçekleştiği görüldü.  Biyosorbentin fonksiyonel gruplarını ve yüzey özelliklerini karakterize etmek için Fourier Dönüşümlü Kızılötesi ve Enerji Dağılımı Spektroskopi teknikleri ile Taramalı Elektron Mikroskobu kullanıldı. Denge verileri Langmuir ve Freundlich modelleri tarafından tanımlandı. Yalancı ikinci dereceden kinetik modelin tüm veriler için uygun olduğu bulundu. Ayrıca bu çalışma; Hg (II) 'nin Posidonia oceanicaüzerine biyosorbsiyonun, deniz ekosistemindeki civa aktarımını anlamada önemli olduğunu gösterdi.
