                            <p>Permanent magnet synchronous motors (PMSMs) are used in many fields such as industrial automation systems and electric vehicles due to their high power densities, energy efficiencies, and low maintenance requirements. In this study, various methods used in the control of PMSMs have been compared and a driver circuit design has been realized to apply these control techniques, especially the Field Oriented Control (FOC). The designed driver circuit utilizes Silicon Carbide (SiC) Metal Oxide Semiconductor Field Effect Transistor (MOSFET) based Intelligent Power Modules (IPMs) to achieve a high-efficiency structure with many advantages.</p></trans-abstract>
                                                                                                                                    <abstract><p>Sürekli mıknatıslı senkron motorlar (SMSM) yüksek güç yoğunlukları, enerji verimlilikleri ve düşük bakım gereksinimleri sayesinde endüstriyel otomasyon sistemleri ve elektrikli araçlar gibi çok farklı alanlarda kendilerine kullanım alanı bulmaktadır. Bu çalışmada, ilgili motorların kontrolünde kullanılmakta olan yöntemler incelenmiş ve alan yönlendirmeli kontrol (AYK) başta olmak üzere bu yöntemlerin kullanılabileceği bir sürücü devresi tasarımı gerçekleştirilmiştir. Tasarımı gerçekleştirilen sürücü devresinde Silisyum Karbür (SiC: Silicon Carbide) tabanlı Metal Oksit Yarıiletken Alan Etkili Transistör (MOSFET: Metal Oxide Semiconductor Field Effect Transistor) Akıllı Güç Modülü (IPM: Intelligent Power Module) kullanılarak yüksek verimli ve birçok avantajı üzerinde barındıran bir yapı elde edilmiştir.</p></abstract>
