                                                                                                <abstract><p>Amaç: Bu çalışma, hemşirelerin algıladıkları sosyal destek ile iş performansları arasındaki ilişkiyi incelemek amacıyla yapılmıştır. Gereç ve Yöntem: Araştırma tanımlayıcı ve ilişki arayıcı nitelikte olup Zonguldak’ta faaliyet gösteren bir sağlık uygulama ve araştırma hastanesinde görevli 297 hemşire örneklemi oluşturmuştur. Veriler, Ağustos 2024-Eylül 2024 tarihleri arasında “Kişisel Bilgi Formu”, İş Performansı Ölçeği” ve Çok Boyutlu Algılanan Sosyal Destek Ölçeği” ile toplanmıştır. Araştırmada elde edilen verilerin normal dağılıma uygunluğu Kolmogrov-Smirnov testi ile incelenmiştir. Normal dağılım göstermeyen verilerin ikili bağımsız grup karşılaştırmasında Mann Whitney-U, üçlü bağımsız grup karşılaştırmasında Kruskal Wallis testi kullanılmıştır. Sürekli değişkenler arasındaki ilişkiler korelasyon analizi ile test edilmiştir.Bulgular: Katılımcıların, çok boyutlu algılanan sosyal destek ölçeği toplam puan ortalaması 64.03 (SS=14.97) ve iş performansı toplam puan ortalaması 84.96 (SS=14.62) olarak belirlenmiştir. Çok boyutlu algılanan sosyal destek ölçeği ile iş performansı arasında anlamlı bir pozitif ilişki olduğu saptanmıştır (r: 0.33, p</p></abstract>

                            <p>Aim: This study was conducted to examine the relationship between nurses&#039; perceived social support and their job performance.Material and Method: The study was descriptive and correlational and 297 nurses working in a health practice and research hospital operating in Zonguldak constituted the sample. The data were collected between August 2024 and September 2024 with the “Personal Information Form”, “Job Performance Scale” and Multidimensional Perceived Social Support Scale”. The suitability of the data obtained in the study for normal distribution was examined by Kolmogrov-Smirnov test. Mann Whitney-U test was used for pairwise independent group comparisons and Kruskal Wallis test was used for three-way independent group comparisons of data that did not show normal distribution. The relationships between continuous variables were tested by correlation analysis.Results: The mean total score of the multidimensional perceived social support scale was 64.03 (SD=14.97) and the mean total score of job performance was 84.96 (SD=14.62).
