Data were collected using a structured questionnaire developed based on the literature and the Sexual Quality of Life Scale. The Shapiro-Wilk test was used to assess the normality of data distribution. Chi-square test, Mann-Whitney U test, and logistic regression analysis were used for statistical analysis. Results: The prevalence of obesity among participants was 12.2% (n = 65). Obesity prevalence increased with age, and women aged 29 years and younger had a significantly lower prevalence compared to older age groups. Sexual Quality of Life Scale scores ranged from 0 to 91.11, with a mean score of 22.46 ± 22.52 and a median of 13.33.Conclusion: Obese women were found to have higher sexual quality of life scores compared to non-obese women. The findings suggest that the relationship between obesity and sexual quality of life may be influenced by age-related and individual factors.</p>
