                            <p>Aim: The aim of this study is to examine the relationship between nursing students&#039; exposure to colleague violence and their self leadership perceptions.Material and Method: The sample of this descriptive study consisted of 395 students studying in the 2nd, 3rd and 4th grades at a state university in the 2024-2025 Academic Year. Personal Information Form, the Scale for Exposure to Colleague Violence for Nursing Students, and the Revised Self-Leadership Scale were used to collect data.Results: The mean age of the students was 21.29 ± 1.99, and 80.3% were female. The scores of the students on the Scale for Exposure to Colleague Violence varied according to gender, grade level, and duration of clinical practice (p</p></trans-abstract>
                                                                                                                                    <abstract><p>Amaç: Bu çalışmanın amacı hemşirelik öğrencilerinin meslektaş şiddetine maruz kalma durumları ile öz liderlik algıları arasındaki ilişkiyi incelemektir.Gereç ve Yöntem: Tanımlayıcı nitelikteki bu araştırmanın örneklemini 2024-2025 Eğitim Öğretim yılında bir devlet üniversitesinde 2., 3. ve 4. sınıflarda öğrenim gören 395 öğrenci oluşturdu. Veri toplamak amacıyla Kişisel Bilgi Formu, Hemşirelik Öğrencilerine Yönelik Meslektaş Şiddetine Maruz Kalma Ölçeği ve Revize Öz Liderlik Ölçeği kullanıldı.Bulgular: Öğrencilerin yaş ortalaması 21.29 ± 1.99 olup, %80.3&#039;ü kız öğrencidir.
