                                                                                                <abstract><p>Amaç: Günümüzde hem Amerika Üroloji Birliği hem de Avrupa Üroloji Birliğinin yayınladığı yönergelerde,Prostat Spesifik Antijen (PSA) yüksekliği olan veya anormal Digital Rektal Muayene (DRM) bulgusu olan hastalarınöncelikle Multiparametrik Prostat Manyetik Rezonans Görüntüleme (MpMR) ile değerlendirilmesiönerilmektedir. Bu çalışmamızda MpMR&#039;de ölçülen tümör volümü ve Prostate Imaging Reporting and DataSystem (PIRADS ) skorunun, biyopsi ve radikal prostatektomi materyalindeki tümör volümü ve tümör derecesiile ilişkisini araştırmayı amaçladık.Gereç ve Yöntemler: Çalışmamıza MpMR görüntüleme yöntemi yapılan ve Transrektal Ultrasonografi-ProstatBiyopsisi (TRUS-Bx) ile prostat kanseri teşhisi konulan 66 hasta dahil edildi. Bu hastalardan cerrahiyeuygun olan 25’ine retropubik radikal prostatektomi operasyonu gerçekleştirildi. MpMR’de ölçülen tümörhacmi ile radikal prostatektomi patoloji spesmeninde ölçülen tümör hacminin korelasyonu, PIRADS skorundakiartışın yüksek Gleason dereceleri ile ilişkisi ve diğer parametrelerin korelasyonu incelendi.Bulgular: MpMR tümör hacmi ile patolojik tümör hacmi arasında mükemmel düzeyde pozitif bir korelasyonsaptandı ve istatistiksel olarak anlamlıydı (r=0,914, p&amp;lt;0,001). PIRADS skoru ile TRUS-Bx’de saptanan Gleasonskorunu incelendiği çok gözlü çapraz tabloda, PIRADS skorundaki artışın daha yüksek Gleason skoru ile ilişkiliolduğu görüldü (p=0,034). PIRADS skoru ile TRUS-Bx Gleason skoru arasında orta düzeyde pozitif bir korelasyonsaptanmıştır ve istatistiksel olarak anlamlıdır (r=0,323, p=0,008).Sonuç: Sonuç olarak; MpMR’de PI-RADS skorunun yüksek saptanması halinde yapılacak olan biyopsilerdeyüksek Gleason skoru ve buna bağlı olarak yüksek riskli prostat kanseri bulunabileceği göz önünde bulundurulmalıdır.</p></abstract>
