                                                                                                <abstract><p>Sürdürülebilirlik, çevreye duyarlılık ve insan refahını birleştiren bir paradigma olarak günümüzde çevresel, ekonomik, kültürel ve sosyal boyutlarıyla tüm disiplinlerde öncelikli bir konu haline gelmiştir. İç mekân tasarımı, bireylerin yaşam kalitesini doğrudan etkileyen bir alan olarak, sürdürülebilirlik ilkelerinin uygulanmasında kritik bir rol oynamaktadır. Bu çalışma, iç mekânlarda fiziksel çevrenin temel unsurları olan aydınlatma, hava kalitesi, akustik ve termal konforu, kullanıcı konforu üzerindeki etkilerini incelemekte ve bu unsurların sürdürülebilirlik bağlamında nasıl optimize edilebileceğini tartışmaktadır. Ayrıca, enerji verimliliği ve ekolojik dengeyi koruma hedefiyle, kullanıcıların fiziksel ve psikolojik ihtiyaçlarını karşılayan tasarım çözümleri önerilmektedir. Bu anlamda doğal kaynakların verimli kullanımı ve olumsuz çevresel etkilerin minimize edilmesi için, kullanıcı gereksinimlerinin iç mekân organizasyonu, yüzey tasarımları ve malzeme seçimi ile olan ilişkisi incelenecektir. Sonuç olarak, çevre dostu tasarım stratejilerinin hem enerji verimliliğini hem de kullanıcı memnuniyetini nasıl artırabileceği tartışılmaktadır.</p></abstract>
                                                                                                                                    <trans-abstract xml:lang="en">
                            <p>Sustainability, as a paradigm that combines environmental sensitivity and human welfare, has become a priority issue in all disciplines with its environmental, economic, cultural and social dimensions. Interior design, as an area that directly affects the quality of life of individuals, plays a critical role in the implementation of sustainability principles. This study examines the effects of lighting, air quality, acoustic and thermal comfort, which are the basic elements of the physical environment in interior spaces, on user comfort and discusses how these elements can be optimised in the context of sustainability. In addition, design solutions that meet the physical and psychological needs of users are proposed with the aim of energy efficiency and ecological balance. In this sense, the relationship between user requirements and interior space organisation, surface design and material selection will be examined to ensure efficient use of natural resources and minimise negative environmental impacts. As a result, it is discussed how environmentally friendly design strategies can increase both energy efficiency and user satisfaction.</p></trans-abstract>
