Abstract

Nutcracker syndrome (NCS) is symptomatic unilateral renal venous hypertension caused by the compression of the left renal vein (LRV) between the superior mesenteric artery (SMA) and the aorta (anterior NCS) or between the aorta and the vertebra (posterior NCS)

Abstract

Nutcracker sendromu (NCS), sol renal venin (LRV) superior mezenterik arter (SMA) ile aorta arasında (anterior NCS) veya aorta ile vertebra arasında (posterior NCS) sıkışması sonucu gelişen semptomatik tek taraflı renal venöz hipertansiyondur.
