Abstract
N-(2-hydroxyphenyl)-salicylaldimine and twelve derivatives were synthesised and their Ni(II) complexes isolated.
The composition and the structures of the complexes were investigated by elemental analysis, magnetic susceptibility measurements and electronic spectroscopy. Ali of the comple- xes were found to have a pseudo-octahedral structure.
