ÖzBu araştırma Üsküdar Nomofobi Ölçeğinin geçerlilik ve güvenilirlik çalışması kapsamında ölçek geliştirmeyi ve psikometrik özelliklerini incelemeyi amaçlamıştır. Örneklem Türkiye genelindeki 925 kişiden oluşturulmuştur. Yapılan analizler ölçeğin üç faktörden oluştuğunu ortaya koymuştur. Birinci faktör; “İşlevsellikte Bozulma”, ikinci faktör; “Aşırı Kullanım”, üçüncü faktör ise, “İletişim Kuramama” olarak adlandırılmış, ölçek varyansın %69,55’ini açıklamıştır. Ayrıca yapılan doğrulayıcı faktör analizi ile elde edilen üç faktörlü ölçek yapısı modellenmiş ve doğrulanmıştır. Elde edilen uyum iyiliği değerleri uygun aralıkta bulunarak 25 maddeli 3 faktörlü ölçek elde edilmiştir (Ki-kare/serbestlik değeri: 2,52; RMSEA: 0,071; NFI: 0,89; NNFI: 0,92; CFI: 0,96; GFI:0,94; AGFI: 0,84). Ölçeğin iç tutarlılık katsayısı 0,96 bulunmuştur. Test-Tekrar Test güvenilirliği de yapılan ölçeğin 3 hafta arayla uygulandığında sonuçların ilişkili olduğu görülmüştür. Böylece, 5’li likert tipinde “Hiçbir Zaman”, “Nadiren”, “Bazen”, “Sık Sık”, “Her Zaman” olarak derecelendirilen Üsküdar Nomofobi Ölçeğinin kişinin telefonsuz kalma korkusu olarak ifade edilen Nomofobi seviyesini psikomertrik olarak ölçen geçerli ve güvenilir bir ölçek olduğu sonucuna varılmıştır.

AbstractThis research aims to develop a nomophobia scale and measure the psychometric properties of the Uskudar Nomophobia Scale within the scope of validity and reliability analysis. 925 individuals across Turkey participated in the study. Analysis revealed that the scale consists of three factors the first of which is; "Dysfunction in Functionality", while the second factor is "Overuse" and the third factor is "Inability to Communicate" with 69.55% scale variance. In addition, the three-factor scale structure obtained by the validating factor analysis was modelled and verified. The obtained goodness of fit values were found in the appropriate range and a 25-point 3-factor scale was obtained (Ki- square/freedom value: 2,52; RMSEA: 0,071; NFI: 0,89; NNFI: 0,92; CFI: 0,96; GFI:0,94; AGFI: 0,84). The internal consistency coefficient of the scale was 0.96. Test-Retest reliability was also found to be related to results when the scale was applied 3 weeks apart. Thus, it was concluded that the Uskudar Nomophobia Scale, which is rated as "Never", "Rarely", "Sometimes", "Frequently", "Always" in the 5-point Likert type, is a valid and reliable scale that measures the level of Nomophobia expressed as a person's fear of being without a phone psychometrically.
