ÇALIŞANLAR AŞIRI İŞ YÜKLERİ NEDENİYLE AİLELERİ İLE ÇATIŞMA YAŞARLAR MI? HAVACILIK SEKTÖRÜNDE BİR İNCELEME

Öz

İş ve aile insan hayatının iki önemli
yönünü temsil ederler. Bu iki değişkenin uyumlu olması çalışanın işini daha iyi
yapmasına katkıda bulunacaktır. Bu nedenle kişinin işi nedeniyle aile çatışması
yaşamasına etki eden faktörlerin tespit edilmesi son derece büyük öneme
sahiptir.  İş-aile çatışmasının
yaşanmasına birçok faktör etki edebilir. Bu çalışmanın amacı, çalışanların
aşırı iş yükü algılarının aileleri ile yaşadıkları çatışmaya etkisinin olup
olmadığının tespit edilmesidir. Bunun için havacılık sektöründe faaliyet
gösteren bir işletmenin 435 çalışanından anket yöntemi kullanılarak veri
toplanmış ve elde edilen veriler SPSS ve AMOS programları kullanılarak analiz
edilmiştir. Yapılan analiz sonucunda çalışanların aşırı iş yükü algılarının
iş-aile çatışmasını pozitif yönde etkilediği tespit edilmiştir. Çalışma
sonucunda ortaya çıkan sonuçlar tartışılarak sektör yöneticilerine ve ileride
yapılacak çalışmalara önerilerde bulunulmuştur.
