Sirkadiyen Ritim ve Obezite

Öz

Organizmanın biyolojik saati anlamına gelen Sirkadiyen Ritim vücudun düzenli işleyişini belirtmektedir. Bir gün içinde vücutta meydana gelen uyku- uyanıklık, kan basıncı, metabolik olaylar ve hormonal düzenlemeler Sirkadiyen Ritmi oluşturmaktadır. Bu düzenlemelerdeki değişiklikler ritmin bozulmasına neden olmaktadır. Her vücut kendi Sirkadiyen Ritmini oluşturmakla birlikte çevresel faktörlerden de etkilenmektedir. Temelde vücudun uyku-uyanıklık döngüsünün şekillendirdiği Sirkadiyen Ritmin obezite ve enerji metabolizması üzerinde de etkili olduğu belirlenmiştir. Sirkadiyen Ritim ve obezite arasındaki ilişkinin belirlenmesi için geniş çaplı bir araştırma gerekmektedir. Bu çalışmada Sirkadiyen Ritim tanımlanmış ve obezite üzerine etkisi literatürdeki yayınlar değerlendirilerek irdelenmiştir
