Örgütte Kuralcılık Ve Hiyerarşi Eğiliminin Liderden Duyulan Tatmine Etkisinde Adalet Algısının Aracılık Rolü

Öz

This study aims to interpret either there is an effect of organizational culture and justice perception on the satisfaction from leadership which is considered to have an effect on the performance of individuals or there is a mediational effect of justice perception on the relationship between organizational culture and satisfaction from leadership The data was gathered from 232 banking sector employees The data was analyzed using hierarchical regression analysis Result showed that there was an effect of both organizational culture and justice perception on the satisfaction from leadership Besides justice perception had a mediational effect on the relationship between organizational culture and satisfaction from the leader Keywords: Organizational behavior Organizational Culture Justice Perception Satisfaction Mediational effect

Öz

Bu çalışma bireylerin performansı üzerinde etkili olabileceği değerlendirilen liderden tatmin duygusu üzerinde örgüt kültürü eğilimlerinden kuralcılık ve hiyerarşi eğilimi ile örgütsel adalet algısının etkisi olup olmadığını ayrıca örgüt kültürü ve liderden tatmin ilişkisinde adalet algısının aracılık etkisi olup olmadığını ortaya koymayı amaçlamaktadır Bu maksatla bir özel bankanın farklı şubelerinde görev yapan 232 çalışanından toplanan veriler hiyerarşik regresyon analizine tabi tutulmuştur Araştırma sonuçları örgütte kuralların ve hiyerarşinin yüksek olmasının liderden tatmin üzerinde olumlu bir etki yaptığını ayrıca adalet algısının artmasıyla liderden tatmin duygusunun arttığını bununla birlikte adalet algısının örgüt kültürü ve liderden tatmin ilişkisine aracılık ettiğini göstermektedir Anahtar Kelimeler: Örgütsel Davranış Örgüt Kültürü Adalet Algısı Tatmin Aracılık etkisi The Mediating Role Of Justice Perception On The Effect Of Hierarchy And Formalism Orientations On Satisfaction With The Leader
