Alfa 2 Delta(α2δ)LigandlarınınAnksiyolitik Etkisinin Hayvan Anksiyete Testleri ile İncelenmesi

Abstract

Anksiyete çok farklı emosyonları içeren psikolojik bir rahatsızlıktır. Anksiyete tedavisinde son yıllarda antikonvülsan ajanlarda kullanılmaktadır. Bu derlemede antikonvülsan özelliğe sahip, voltaj bağımlı kalsiyum kanallarının ligandı olan Gabapentin ve Pregabalinin hayvan anksiyete testlerindeki anksiyolitik etkisi incelenmiştir.
