Kalanchoe blossfeldiana Poelln. Türünde Yapılan Doku Kültürü Araştırmaları Üzerinde Bir İnceleme

Abstract

Kalanchoe
blossfeldiana

dünyada bilinen ve Hollanda mezatlarında satış oranı en yüksek iç mekan süs
bitkilerinden biridir. Bu çalışmada Kalanchoe
blossfeldiana
türünde in vitro
koşullarda yapılan mikroçoğaltım, somatik embriyogenezis, çiçeklenme ve ıslah araştırmaları
derlenmiştir. Mikroçoğaltım çalışmalarında eksplant kaynağı olarak gövde
(sürgün ucu, boğum ve boğum arası), yaprak (yaprak ayası ve yaprak sapı) ve
çiçek kısımları (inflorescence); dezenfektan olarak NaOCl ve HgCl2; büyümeyi
düzenleyici olarak BA, NAA, GA3 ve TDZ’nin farklı dozlarının ve besin
ortamı olarak farklı MS konsantrasyonlarının kullanıldığı görülmüştür.
İncelenen çalışmalarda sürgün rejenerasyonu ve bitkicik oluşumunun meydana geldiği,
elde edilen bitkiciklerin başarılı bir şekilde dış koşullara aktarıldığı bildirilmiştir.
Somatik embriyogenezis çalışmalarında klonal çoğaltım ve suni tohum elde
edilmesi üzerine çalışmaların yapıldığı anlaşılmıştır. In vitro çiçeklenme üzerine yapılan araştırmalarda kültür
koşulları, besin elementleri, büyümeyi düzenleyiciler ve gallik asitin etkisi
incelenmiş, ıslah araştırmalarında ise türler arası melezleme ile elde edilen
hibrit embriyoların kurtarılması ve poliploid bitki elde edilmesi konularında
çalışılmıştır.
