Methods: The research was designed using a correlational research model, a quantitative research method. The research group consisted of 226 students (136 women and 90 men) studying at the Faculty of Sports Sciences. The Sports Sciences Students&#039; Job-Finding Anxiety Scale, the Physical Education Teacher Professional Belief Scale, and the Academic Life Satisfaction Scale were used as data collection instruments. Structural equation modelling (SEM) analyses were conducted using JASP. Findings: It was found that academic satisfaction had a negative and statistically significant effect on job-finding anxiety. On the other hand, professional belief had a positive and significant effect on job-finding anxiety, academic satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on professional belief, and professional belief had a positive and significant mediating effect on the relationship between academic satisfaction and job-finding anxiety. Conclusion: It was determined that university students&#039; academic satisfaction has a direct, negative, and significant effect on their job-finding anxiety. Furthermore, satisfaction from the academic environment has a positive and significant impact on professional belief, indirectly reducing anxiety about finding a job.</p>
