Öz

Solitary Fibrous tumor is mainly a spindle cell neoplasia with non-aggressive clinical course which is origined from surfaces floored with mezothel such as pleura and peritonea. Diagnosis may be troublesome as these tumors may exhibit widely variable patterns. Recent studies have revealed that these lesions could present in several regions with or without an association with serosal surfaces. Vulva Yerleşimli Bir Soliter Fibröz Tümör Olgusu

Öz

Soliter Fibröz Tümör esas olarak plevra ve periton gibi mezotelle döşeli yüzeylerden kaynaklanan, agresif klinik gidiş göstermeyen, iğsi hücreli bir neoplazidir. Bu tümörlerin çok değişik paternler gösterebilmeleri nedeni ile tanılarında güçlüklerle karşılaşılmaktadır. Son çalışmalar bu lezyonların serozal yüzeylerle ilişkili veya ilişkisiz birçok bölgede yer alabileceğini göstermiştir. Bu çalışmada makroskobik, histopatolojik ve immünohistokimyasal olarak Soliter Fibröz Tümör’ün özelliklerini gösteren, labia minör yerleşimli bir yumuşak doku tümör olgusu sunulmaktadır
