Öz

Kültür, toplumsal hayatın var oluşuyla birlikte ortaya çıkan ve aynı zamanda bu hayatın nesilden nesile aktarılmasını sağlayan en önemli faktördür. Her toplumun ülkelerine ve yaşadıkları coğrafyaya özgü bir toplumsal hayatı, yaşam biçimi bulunmaktadır. Yaşanılan çevre etrafında inanç, ahlak, hukuk, mimari, sanat gibi alanlarında edinilmiş alışkanlıklar ve gelenekler o coğrafyanın kültürünü oluşturan en önemli etkenlerdir. Yaşam biçiminin yıllar yılı nesiller arası aktarılmasının sonucunda gelecek nesillere miras niteliği oluşturan kültürler doğmaktadır. İnsan var olduğu müddetçe içgüdüsel olarak gelen merak duygusunu bastıramamakta, kendisine kalan mirasları araştırmakta ve merak etmektedir. Geçmişten günümüze süregelmiş olan mirasların koruyuculuğunu üstlenmektedir. Bu bağlamda, bulunan birçok kültürel değer ve mirasın arasında, mimari yapıları ele almak en somut ve imgesel çalışmalar arasında yer almaktadır. Kültürel miras için rota oluşturmak ise iz sürmek olarak nitelendirilebilmektedir.
Çalışma da; Bilecik il merkezi kültür miraslarının konumlarını saptamak, bu konumlar arasında bir rota oluşturmak, bilgi vermek esas alınmıştır. Bilecik il merkezli kültürel rota çalışması oluşturmanın önemi, Osmanlı’nın burada kurulmasına kadar uzanmaktadır. İl merkezinde bulunan Saat Kulesi, Valilik Konağı, Şeyh Edebali Türbesi, Bilecik Müzesi, Belediye Binası, Orhan Gazi Cami, Aş evi mirasları arasında güzergah oluşturmak, bu rota çalışmasının da amacı olan kültürel mirasların görünürlüğünü arttırmak üzere planlanmıştır.

Route Study On The Cultural Heritage Of Bilecik City Center

Öz

Cultural routes aim to preserve and promote cultural heritage within the framework of sustainability. The “Council of Europe Cultural Routes Program,” of which Türkiye is a signatory, seeks to ensure the preservation and promotion of cultural heritage. Türkiye has significant potential for developing cultural routes within the scope of this program. Creating a route for cultural heritage can be seen as a form of "tracing." This study focuses on identifying the locations of cultural heritage assets in the city center of Bilecik, establishing a route among these sites, and providing informative content. The significance of forming a cultural route centered in Bilecik extends back to the foundation of the Ottoman Empire in this region. The planned route connecting the Clock Tower, Governor’s Mansion, Sheikh Edebali Tomb, Bilecik Museum, Municipality Building, Orhan Gazi Mosque, and the historic soup kitchen aims to enhance the visibility of these heritage sites, aligning with the overall purpose of promoting cultural heritage
