Crown-root fractures caused by different reasons are the most complicated treatment cases inendodontics. These type of fractures are caused by occlusaltraumas and lack of resistance of restorations dueto compressive strengths. Localization of fractureline and the extent of loss material are the mainfactors for the treatment planning. The choice oftreatment is fixation of the fracture parts after awell planned endodontic therapy and restoration ofthe crown. In this case, a crown fracture extenting to theenamel-cement junction on the palatinal surfaceand horizontal root fracture of the mesiobuccal rootof an amputated pulp fracture of the mesiobuccalroot of an amputated pulp due to chewing pressureis reported. After removal of the fractured crownsection, endodontic treatment was performed. Thecoronal restoration was completed after removingthe coronal 5 mm. of gutta-percha. Also amalgamrestoration was completed to the space containingthe fractured parts of the root. The patient was asymptomatic and radiographic examination showed there was no lesionneither at fracture line nor periapical area in3,6,12,24 and 30 months after the treatment
