This study aims to determine the opinions and usage levels of teachers working in secondary schools related to Education Information Network (Eğitim Bilişim Ağı [EBA]). The study was carried out using the survey method with 195 high school teachers working in six schools. The data were collected by the Teachers' Level of Participation in EBA and their Views on EBA Questionnaire. According to findings, it cannot be said that teachers' views on EBA are highly positive, although they are not negative. Because while teachers have a positive view of EBA in terms of supporting learning, being compatible with the course curricula and appealing to students with different learning styles, they have negative views about EBA content for their lessons, school internet infrastructure and compensating for the difficulties in teaching. In addition, when teachers use EBA, despite using the opportunities of directing students to research, making use of videos, animations, simulations and other visuals in lessons at a high level, they make use of questions, sharing content and resources in EBA at a low level. According to these results, the content of EBA should be enriched, the internet infrastructure in schools should be improved and teachers’ use of EBA should be encouraged.
