                                                                                                <abstract><p>Başlık:KADINDA ÜRİNER İNKONTİNANSIN KONSERVATİF TEDAVİSİNDE GÜNCEL VEKANITA DAYALI UYGULAMALAR: LİTERATÜR İNCELEMESİÖzet:Üriner inkontinans kadınyaşam kalitesini olumsuz etkileyen önemli sorundur. Kadın yaşı ilerledikçesorun ciddi boyutlara ulaşabilmektedir. Dünyada kadın nüfusunun ve kadınlarınyaşam ömürlerinin uzun olması, üriner inkontinans insidansında artış riskineneden olması açısından, önlenmesi ve tedavisi ayrı önem taşımaktadır.Üriner inkontinansın tedavisindecerrahi yöntemin riskleri nedeniyle uygulanamayan, istenmeyen ya da uygunolmayan durumlarda konservatif tedavi yöntemleri kullanılabilmektedir.Hemşirelerin üriner inkontinansa yönelik tedavi, bakım ve danışmanlıkhizmetlerini güncel ve kanıt temelli sunmaları, hastaların tedavi ve bakım kaliteniarttırarak daha olumlu sonuç almalarını sağlayabilmektedir. Bu çalışmada ürinerinkontinansın konservatif tedavisi için kanıt temelli rehberler, Cochrane veritabanı çalışmaları ve kanıt düzeyi yüksek olan çalışmalar incelenerek günceldurum ve kanıt düzeylerinin incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Çalışmanın temelbulgularından bazıları; davranışsal tedavilerin sıkışma tipi inkontinans vestresüriner inkontinansta (SÜİ) anlamlı birazalma sağladığıdır. Mesane eğitiminin sıkışma veya miks tip inkontinansın tedavisindeilk basamak olarak uygulanabileceği (A düzeyinde kanıt), konların ise; pelviktaban egzersizleri ve elektrostimulasyona benzer etkinlikte olduğu ve tedaviopsiyonu olarak önerilebileceği şeklindedir.Sonuç olarak, literatürdeyer alan güncel ve kanıt temelli çalışmalar, konservatif tedavi yöntemlerininüriner inkontinans türlerinin tedavisinde farklı kanıt düzeylerinde etkiliolduğunu göstermektedir.Anahtar kelimeler: üriner inkontinas, konservatif tedavi, kanıtadayalı uygulamalarDestekleyen kurumlar: YokKaynakça:</p></abstract>
