Kırklareli İl Merkezinde Yetişen Bazı Bitki Türlerinin Eser Element Analizleri

Öz

This study was grown in the province of Kirklareli straw grass (Typha latifolia), laurel (Laurus azorica) and pine (Pinus nigra) samples show heavy metal accumulation and biomonitoring has been done on the property. For this purpose, inductive-coupled plasma-optical emission spectroscopy radial plasma (ICPOES) equipment was used. Analysis of plant samples were prepared by the method of wet-solving. The amount of B in Laurus nobilis, the amount of Mn in straw grass high concentrations was found. This study was done for the first time Kirklareli is the original

Öz

Bu çalışma Kırklareli ilinde yetişen hasır otu (Typha latifolia), defne (Laurus azorica) ve karaçam (Pinus nigra) örneklerindeki ağır metal birikimi ve biyomonitör özellik göstermeleri üzerine yapılmıştır. Bunun için radyal plazmalı inductive-coupled plazma-optic emission spectroskopi (ICP-OES) cihazı kullanılmıştır. Bitki örnekleri yaş çözme yöntemi ile analize hazırlanmıştır. Defnede B miktarı, hasır otunda Mn miktarı yüksek derişimde bulunmuştur. Bu çalışma Kırklareli ili için ilk defa yapıldığından özgün niteliktedir
