                                                                                                <abstract><p>Hazır giyim sektörü insan emeğinin en yoğun olduğu alanlardan biridir. İşin doğası gereği çalışanlar çalışma ortamından kaynaklanan çeşitli sağlık sorunları ile karşılaşırlar. Bu araştırma hazır giyim sektöründe çalışma ortamı koşullarının bireyin sağlık, yorgunluk ve çalışma yaşamı kalitesine etkilerini belirlemek amacıyla planlanmış, Denizli OSB’de hazır giyim üretimi yapan 10 işletmede çalışan 400 birey üzerinde yürütülmüştür. Araştırmada “Çalışma Yeri Koşulları İndeksi”, “Yorgunluk Ölçeği” ve “Çalışanlar İçin Yaşam Kalitesi Ölçeği” kullanılmıştır. İş, iş ortamına ilişkin değerlendirme, sağlık, yorgunluk ve yaşam kalitesi çalışanın demografik özelliklerine göre sorgulanmıştır. Çalışma koşulları ile yorgunluk arasında anlamlı bir ilişki olmadığı (p&amp;gt;0,05), buna karşılık bedensel zorlanma arttıkça yorgunluğun arttığı (p</p></abstract>

                            <p>The apparel industry is one of the areas where human labor is most intense. Due to the nature of the job, employees encounter various health problems arising from the working environment. This research was planned to determine the effects of working environment conditions on the health, fatigue and working life quality of the individual in the ready-made clothing sector, and was carried out on 400 individuals working in 10 enterprises producing ready-made clothing in Denizli OIZ. “Workplace Conditions Index”, “Checklist Individual Strength” and “Professional Quality of Life Scale” were used in the research. Work, assessment of the work environment, health, fatigue and quality of life were questioned according to the demographic characteristics of the employee. It is seen that there is no significant relationship between working conditions and fatigue (p&amp;gt;0.05), whereas as physical strain increases, fatigue increases (p</p></trans-abstract>
