                                                                                                                        <abstract><p>Elektronik belge yönetimsistemleri (EBYS) bu anlamda birçok kuruluşta tercih edilmekte vekullanılmaktadır. İş süreçlerinin dijital hale gelmesi ile kullanıcıların yenisisteme hangi düzeyde adapte olabildikleri sistemin devamlılığı adınaönemlidir. Bu yüzden sistemin kullanılabilirlik derecesi kullanıcıların sistemibenimsemesi adına önem taşımaktadır. Bu araştırmanın amacı EBYS’nin sistemselözelliklerinin algılanan kullanılabilirliği hangi düzeyde etkilediğinibelirlemektir. Aynı zamanda sistemin kabullenme derecesini belirlemektir. Bunagöre bu çalışmada sistemin karakteristik özelliklerinin algılanankullanılabilirlik üzerindeki etkileri ve algılanan kullanılabilirliğin kullanımniyetleri üzerindeki etkileri Teknoloji Kabul Modeli çerçevesinde araştırılmıştır.Üniversite çalışanları ve akademisyenler üzerinde yürütülen bu çalışmada EBYSkullanan kişiler üzerinde anket çalışması yapılmıştır. Elde edilen sonuçlarkullanılan yapılar arasındaki ilişki düzeylerine göre değerlendirilmiştir. Bunagöre sistem özelliklerinden sistem işlevselliği, sistem tepkisi ve kullanıcıarayüz tasarımının algılanan kullanılabilirlik üzerinde anlamlı ve pozitifyönde etkileri gözlenirken, sistem etkileşiminin algılanan kullanılabilirliğietkilemediği gözlenmiştir. Bu çalışma ile EBYS’nin sistemsel özelliklerininalgılanan kullanılabilirlik ve sistemi kabullenme adına önemli olduğu ortayakonulmuştur.</p></abstract>
