It has been detected in our study that theincrease in altitude is inversely proportional to total water soluble dry mattercontents and pH, and is proportional to titratable acidity. The total phenolic contentwas found to be the highest in the G2 region (241 mg / 100 g) and lowest in theG1 region (229.4 mg / 100 g). It has been determined that the content of totalflavonoid is in the range of 1358.7-1920.6 mg / 100 g and this value is higherat higher altitudes. The total ascorbic acid contents of fruit samples were thehighest in samples taken from area A1 (1406.8 mg / 100g) and lowest (1310.2 mg / 100g) in samples takenfrom area G2. In the samples taken from the G2 region; ABTS, DPPH and FRAPvalues were found higher than the other samples. The lowest antioxidant capacityvalues were seen in the A1 and A2 regions</p>
