Obstetride Aile Merkezli Bakım

Abstract

Aile merkezli doğum/kadın ve yenidoğan bakımı; kişiselleştirilmiş bakım sağlama konusunda karmaşık, çok boyutlu ve dinamik bir süreç olup kadının, yenidoğanın ve ailenin fiziksel, duygusal, psikososyal ve ruhsal ihtiyaçlarının saygılı, şefkatli, kültürel açıdan duyarlı, onlarla iş birliği içinde karşılanması esasına dayanır. Aile merkezli doğum/kadın ve yenidoğan bakımı, gebeliğin ve doğumun normal, sağlıklı süreçler olduğunu bu süreçte aile desteğinin, katılımının ve bilinçli seçimin önemini vurgulamaktadır. Kanada Kamu Sağlığı Ajansı, anne ve yenidoğan sağlığı uzmanlarıyla birlikte, Kanada'da aile merkezli doğum ve yenidoğan bakımı için kanıtlara dayalı rehber ilkeleri geliştirmiştir. Ana hatlarıyla verilen bu ilkeler aile merkezli anne ve yenidoğan bakımında genel felsefeyi belirlemektedir. Bu derlemenin amacı aile merkezli doğum kadın/yenidoğan bakımı kavramını konusunda genel bir bilgi sağlamak, çok geniş olan aile merkezli doğum/kadın yenidoğan bakımı hakkında literatürü gözden geçirerek bu konuda çok önemli bir role sahip ebelere de rehberlik etmektir.

FAMILY-CENTERED CARE IN OBSTETRY

Abstract

Family-centered maternal/neonatal care is a complex, multidimensional, and dynamic process for providing personalized care and is based on meeting the woman’s, newborn’s and the family’s physical, emotional, psychosocial and mental needs in a respectful, affectionate and a culturally sensitive way, in cooperation with them. Family-centered maternal/neonatal care emphasizes that pregnancy and labor are normal and healthy processes and family support, involvement, and conscious selection are important in this process. The Canadian Public Health Agency has developed evidence-based guide principles for family-centered maternal/neonatal care in collaboration with maternal and neonatal health specialists in Canada. Given with the main lines; these principles determine the general philosophy in family-centered maternal/neonatal care. The purpose of this review is to provide general information about the concept of family-centered maternal/neonatal care, to review the literature on the wide range of family-centered maternal/neonatal care, and to guide midwives who have a crucial role in this issue.
