<p>Objective: This study aimed to examine theses conducted in Turkey on vaccine refusal and vaccine opposition. Methods: A search was performed in the National Thesis Center (YÖKTEZ) database using the keywords “vaccine refusal” and “vaccine opposition.” A total of 59 accessible theses published until September 1, 2025, were included. Descriptive analysis was employed to evaluate the data. Results: Of the theses reviewed, 24 focused on vaccine refusal and 35 on vaccine opposition. The majority were conducted in Family Medicine (30%) and Public Health (19%). Among vaccine refusal theses, 58% were medical specialty dissertations, whereas 49% of vaccine opposition theses were master’s theses. A noticeable increase in the number of studies was observed after 2020, particularly following the Covid-19 pandemic. Conclusion: Although the number of theses on vaccine refusal and opposition in Turkey has increased in recent years, it remains limited. Considering the vital role of vaccines in public health, further academic research on these topics should be encouraged.</p></trans-abstract>

Tanımlayıcı analiz yöntemi kullanılmıştır.Bulgular: İncelenen tezlerin 24’ü aşı reddi, 35’i aşı karşıtlığı konusundadır.
