                                                                                                <abstract><p>Bu araştırmada Nisan- Eylül 2022 tarihleri arasında Elâzığ ilinin Sivrice ilçesi Sulu Çayır Düzü’ nde yer alan TMİ 12 Göleti’ nden toplanan Phragmites australis ‘in gövde ve yaprakları üzerindeki alglerinin kompozisyonu ve göletin bazı fizikokimyasal özellikleri birlikte incelenmiştir. Epifitik alglere ait toplam 65 takson kaydedilmiştir. Bu taksonlardan 1’ i Euglenophyta;  4’ ü Cyanophyta 7’ si Chlorophyta ve 53’ ü Bacillariophyta’ ya ait olmuştur. Yazın ışık ve sıcaklığın artmaya başlamasıyla Chlorophyta (yeşil) ve Cyanophyta (mavi-yeşil) ‘ nın birey sayılarında artışlar gözlemlenirken nisan ve eylül aylarına Bacillariophyta (diyatomeler)’ nın birey sayılarında artışlar gözlenmiştir. Örneklemenin yapıldığı tüm aylarda ortaya çıkış sıklığı bakımından dominant alg grubu Bacillariophyta olmuştur. Yaz aylarında sıcaklıkların artmaya başlamasıyla çözünmüş oksijen ve pH değerlerinde azalmalar gözlemlenirken, elektriksel iletkenlik değerlerinde artışlar göze çarpmıştır.</p></abstract>
                                                                                                                                    <trans-abstract xml:lang="en">
                            <p>In this study, the composition of algae on the stems and leaves of Phragmites australis collected from the TMİ 12 Reservoir located in Sulu Çayır Düzü, Sivrice district, Elazığ province, between April and September 2022, was examined together with some physicochemical properties of the reservoir. A total of 65 taxa belonging to epiphytic algae were recorded. Of these taxa, 1 belonged to Euglenophyta, 4 to Cyanophyta, 7 to Chlorophyta, and 53 to Bacillariophyta. With the increase in light and temperature in summer, increases in the number of Chlorophyta (green) and Cyanophyta (blue-green) individuals were observed, while increases in the number of Bacillariophyta (diatoms) individuals were observed in April and September. Bacillariophyta was the dominant algal group in terms of frequency of occurrence in all months when sampling was performed. As temperatures began to rise in the summer months, decreases in dissolved oxygen and pH values were observed, while increases in electrical conductivity values were noticeable.</p></trans-abstract>
