Bu araştırmada lojistik yeteneklerin işletme performansı alt boyutları olan çevresel, ekono-mik, operasyonel ve organizsyonel performanslarına etkisi ve bu etkide tedarik zinciri yöne-timinde bilgi teknolojileri kullanımının aracılık rolünün araştırılması amaçlanmış ve yapısal eşitlik modelleri kurularak incelenmiştir. Araştırmada anket yöntemi tercih edilerek bu doğ-rultuda belirlenen evrende çalışmanın ölçeklerinden oluşan anket uygulanmıştır. Araştır-manın örneklemi Gaziantep Organize Sanayi Bölgesi (OSB)’nde tekstil sektöründe faaliyetle-rini sürdüren 280 firmadan oluşmaktadır. Araştırmada elde edilen bulgular, lojistik yetenek-lerinin işleteme performansı alt boyutları olan çevresel, ekonomik ve operasyonel performans boyutlarına etkisinde tedarik zinciri yönetiminde bilgi teknolojilerinin kullanımının aracılık rolünün bulunduğunu; organizasyonel performansa etkisinde ise aracılık rolünün bulunma-dığını göstermiştir. Çalışmada elde edilen bilgiler doğrultusunda sonuçlar değerlendirilerek önerilerde bulunulmuştur.
In this research, it was aimed to investigate the effect of logistics capabilities on environmen-tal, economic, operational and organizational performance, which are the sub-dimensions of business performance, and the mediating role of the use of information technologies in supply chain management in this effect, and it was examined by establishing structural equ-ation models. The survey method was preferred in the research and a survey consisting of the scales of the study was applied to the population determined accordingly. The sample of the research consists of 280 companies operating in the textile sector in Gaziantep Organized Industrial Zone (OIZ). The findings obtained in the research show that the use of information technologies in supply chain management has a mediating role in the effect of logistics capa-bilities on the environmental, economic and operational performance dimensions, which are the sub-dimensions of business performance; It has been shown that there is no mediating role in its effect on organizational performance. In line with the information obtained in the study, the results were evaluated and suggestions were made.
