                            <p>First ahkam commentary varietie named works  is Tefsiru Hamsi Mieti Âyetin Mine’l-Kur’an of Mukatil b . Suleyman. Again, Imam Safii, Taberi and Cassas like scholars there are also works of tafsir that such canon law. The subject of this our article The Ahkam-ı Kur’aniyye of Konyalı Mehmet Vehbi his work is also a kind of commentary to ahkam as the name says. However, as a result of this work , our research from other ahkam commentary we have seen quite a different happened. Both in terms of methods which differ in terms of both threads was a property. Thus, a question arises Is should be referred to as a commentary on canon Korany or other name We examine the work of the author of the verses he received under the topics discussed , it is clear that is not in accordance with the method of exegesis exegesis has a unique manner. Located between classical interpretation methods The reason why the landing, the language subtleties, a method of the hadith was almost little or no . Especially in the interpretation of the subject as a very important issue to Ahkâm jurisprudence verse refers to the jurisprudence of the opinions of the imams or juridical sources in terms of a significant deficiency in the title of the work . This matter  we are compared with other ahkam in section by detailed With commentary by processing the way that what we put out the differences between them.</p></trans-abstract>
                                                                                                                                    <abstract><p>Makâlemizin konusu olan Konyalı Mehmed Vehbi’nin Ahkâm-ı Kur’aniyye adlı eseri de isminden anlaşılacağı üzere bir ahkâm tefsiri çeşididir. Ancak araştırmalarımız neticesinde bu eserin diğer ahkâm tefsirlerinden oldukça farklı olduğunu görmüş olduk. Hem metod bakımından hem de konuları bakımından farklılık arz eden bir özelliği vardır. Dolayısıyla ahkâm tefsiri olarak mı yoksa başka bir isimle mi anılmalıdır? şeklinde bir soru ortaya çıkmaktadır. Eseri incelediğimiz de konu başlıkları altında ele aldığı âyetleri tefsir metodları doğrultusunda değil de kendine özgü bir üslûpla tefsir etmiş olduğu açıkça görülmektedir. Klasik tefsir metodları arasında yer alan, âyetleri sebeb-i nüzûlle, dil incelikleriyle, hadislerle tefsir etme metodu neredeyse yok denecek kadar azdır. Özellikle ahkâm konusu gibi çok önemli bir konuda fıkhî âyetlerin tefsirinde fıkıh imamlarının görüşlerine, ya da fıkhî kaynaklara işaret etmemesi eserin başlığı açısından da önemli bir eksikliktir. Bu konuyu diğer ahkâm tefsirleriyle kıyasladığımız bölümde detaylı bir şekilde işleyerek aralarındaki farkların neler olduğunu ortaya koyduk.</p></abstract>
