Rusya-Ukrayna arasında 24 Şubat 2022 tarihinde başlayan ve halihazırda devam eden savaş, ABD’nin hegemon gücünü sürdürmesi, AB’nin Rus korkusuyla ABD’nin hakimiyeti altına sığınması, Rusya’nın yıpratılması gibi stratejik amaçlara ulaşılabilmesi için Anglosakson İttifakı’nın teşvikiyle çıkarılmıştır. Nitekim geldiğimiz noktada Rusya’dan ucuz enerji alamayan ve Çin’le ticaret hacmi kısıtlanan AB çökmenin eşiğine gelmiş, Rusya yıpranmış ve ABD küresel hegemonya sürecini uzatmış görünmektedir. Makale bu süreçleri yeni dünya düzeninin inşası bağlamında irdelemeyi amaçlamaktadır.
The war between Russia and Ukraine, which started on February 24, 2022 and is currently ongoing, was started with the encouragement of the Anglo-Saxon Alliance in order to achieve strategic goals such as maintaining the hegemonic power of the USA, the EU taking shelter under the dominance of the USA due to fear of Russia, and wearing down Russia. As a matter of fact, at this point, the EU, which cannot buy cheap energy from Russia and whose trade volume is restricted with China, is on the verge of collapse, Russia is worn out and the USA seems to have prolonged its process of global hegemony. The article aims to examine these processes in the context of the construction of the new world order.
