Purpose of the study is to examine the provision of physical therapy services on the basis of outsourcing by performing within the hospital in terms of profitability and performance. The data belonging to the study were subjected to document analysis by qualitative research method. The universe of the research consists of Abant İzzet Baysal University İzzet Baysal Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation Training and Research Hospital, and the sample consists of the physical therapy sessions presented in the said unit. The data of the study covers the first 6 months of 2022. Within this scope, the hospital's service procurement and the physical therapy sessions offered within its own body were evaluated in terms of profitability and personnel performances. In line with the data obtained, the total income in the purchase of physical therapy services is 6.361.585 ₺, the total expense is 1.607.775 ₺ and the total profit is 4.753.810 ₺. The total income generated by the permanent staff at the hospital is 5.762.461 ₺, the total expense is 3.200.839 ₺ and the total profit is 2.561.622 ₺. The ratio of profit per capita for service procurement and profit per permanent employee was 443%, the ratio of total profit to total profit for service procurement to total profit for permanent staff was 186%. Although personnel-based outsourcing was carried out with fewer people, higher scores were generated and higher profits were obtained at lower costs. It has been determined that outsourcing in the field of physical therapy is a more suitable method in terms of profitability.
Çalışmanın amacı, fizik tedavi hizmet sunumunun hastane bünyesinde gerçekleştirilmesiyle dış kaynak kullanımı esasına göre temin edilmesinin karlılık ve performans açısından incelemektir. Çalışmaya ait veriler nitel araştırma yöntemiyle doküman analizine tabi tutulmuştur. Araştırmanın evrenini Abant İzzet Baysal Üniversitesi İzzet Baysal Fizik Tedavi ve Rehabilitasyon Eğitim ve Araştırma Hastanesi, örneklemini ise söz konusu birimde sunum yapılan fizik tedavi tedavi seansları oluşturmaktadır. Çalışmanın verileri 2022 yılının ilk 6 aylık süresini kapsamaktadır. Bu kapsam dahilinde hastanenin hizmet alımı ile kendi bünyesinde sunduğu fizik tedavi seansları karlılık ve personel performansları açısından değerlendirilmiştir. Elde edilen veriler doğrultusunda fizik tedavi hizmet alımında toplam gelir 6.361.585 ₺, toplam gider 1.607.775 ₺ olup toplam kar 4.753.810 ₺ dir. Hastanede kadrolu çalışanlar oluşturduğu toplam gelir 5.762.461 ₺, toplam gider 3.200.839 ₺ ve toplam kar 2.561.622 ₺ dir. Hizmet alımı kişi başı karın, kadrolu kişi başı kara oranı %443, hizmet alımı toplam karın kadrolu toplam kara oranı %186 bulunmuştur. Personel esasına dayalı dış kaynak kullanımı daha az sayıda kişiyle yürütülmesine rağmen daha yüksek puan üretilmiş ve düşük maliyetle daha yüksek kar elde edilmiştir. Fizik tedavi alanında dış kaynak kullanımının karlılık açısından daha uygun bir yöntem olduğu tespit edilmiştir.
