                            <p>The objective of this study is to ascertain the experiences of visitors who engage with the Ephesus Experience Museum through the use of Augmented Reality (AR) technology and the factors that influence their experiences. In this study, the comments of visitors who had experienced the museum on Google Maps were examined using qualitative research methods. The data obtained were then analysed using the MAXQDA software program. The data were subjected to content analysis and descriptive analysis. The results of the analyses identified four main themes: functional design, service quality, operation quality and ambience/atmosphere. The most significant factor influencing visitors&#039; museum experience was service quality. Furthermore, the data obtained from the research revealed the identification of a total of thirteen sub-themes belonging to the aforementioned four main themes. Consequently, the most frequently coded sub-theme was that of experience satisfaction. The findings of the study were presented and discussed, with both theoretical and practical contributions being made. In this regard, the study offers a novel perspective on contemporary museological understanding and identifies the key elements that are essential for the implementation of augmented reality applications in museums.</p></trans-abstract>
                                                                                                                                    <abstract><p>Bu çalışmanın amacı, Efes Deneyim Müzesi’ni deneyimleyen ziyaretçilerin artırılmış gerçeklik uygulaması kapsamında edindikleri deneyimleri ve ziyaretçilerin deneyimlerini etkileyen faktörleri tespit etmektedir. Çalışmada müzeyi deneyimleyen ziyaretçilerin Google Haritalar üzerindeki yorumları nitel araştırma yöntemleri kapsamında incelenmiş ve elde edilen veriler MAXQDA yazılım programında analiz edilmiştir. Verilerin analizinde içerik analizi ve betimsel analizden faydalanılmıştır. Analizlerin sonuçlarına göre işlevsel tasarım, hizmet kalitesi, operasyon kalitesi ve ambiyans / atmosfer olmak üzere dört ana tema tespit edilmiştir. Ziyaretçilerin müze deneyimini etkileyen en önemli ana tema hizmet kalitesi olmuştur. Ayrıca araştırmadan elde edilen verilere göre bu dört ana temaya ait toplam on üç adet alt tema belirlenmiştir. Buna göre deneyim memnuniyeti, en fazla kodlanan alt tema olmuştur. Çalışmanın sonucunda elde edilen bulgular tartışılarak hem teorik hem de pratik katkılar sunulmuştur. Bununla birlikte çalışma, günümüz müzecilik anlayışına faklı bir bakış sunarak müzelerde artırılmış gerçeklik uygulamalarına ilişkin önem arz eden unsurları ortaya çıkarmıştır.</p></abstract>
