                                                                                                <abstract><p>Amaç: Bu araştırma, COVID-19 pandemi sürecinde hastalara verilen bakımın kalitesini ve etkileyen faktörleri belirlemek amacıyla kesitsel ve tanımlayıcı tipte yapılan bir çalışmadır.Yöntem: Araştırma bir eğitim ve araştırma hastanesinde çalışan hemşireler ile Haziran-Temmuz 2021 tarihleri arasında gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırmanın evreni 450, örneklemi ise G-Power güç analizi örneklem hesabına göre 300 gönüllü hemşiredir. Veriler, kişisel bilgi formu ve hemşireler için bakım kalitesi ölçeğinden oluşan anket formu ile toplanmıştır. Verilerin analizi sayı, yüzde, ortalama, standart sapma, ANOVA, t-testi ile yapılmıştır.Bulgular: Hemşirelerin, Hemşireler İçin Bakım Kalitesi Ölçeği puan ortalaması 83,44±7,30’ dur. Hemşirelerde kronik hastalık bulunma durumu, stres olma durumu, çalışılan birim, hemşire başına düşen hasta sayısı ve hasta bakımına ayrılabilen süre ile Hemşireler İçin Bakım Kalitesi Ölçeği toplam puan ortalamaları arasındaki fark anlamlı bulunmuştur (p</p></abstract>
                                                                                                                                    <trans-abstract xml:lang="en">
                            <p>Objective: This research is a cross-sectional and descriptive study to determine the quality of care given to patients and the factors affecting them during the pandemic process.Methods: The research was conducted between June and July 2021 with nurses working in a training and research hospital. The universe of the research was 450, and the sample was 300 volunteer nurses according to the sample calculation made with 95% power and 0.70 effect size with 5% margin of error according to G-Power power analysis. Data were collected with a questionnaire form consisting of a personal information form and a quality of care scale for nurses. Data analysis was done with number, percentage, mean, standard deviation, ANOVA, t-test.Results: The nurses&#039; mean Quality of Care Scale for Nurses score was 83.44±7.30. A statistically significant difference was found between the status of having a chronic disease (p=0.000), the status of stress (p=0.026), working unit (0.038) the number of patients per nurse, the time allotted to patient care (p=0.024) and the total mean score of Quality of Care Scale for Nurses (p</p></trans-abstract>
