Ankara’daki Hastane Eczanelerinde Hizmet Veren Eczacıların Durumlarınının Mesleki Perspektiften Değerlendirilmesi

Öz

Hastane eczacılarının, toplumun değişik kesimlerinden ve/veya diğer sağlık profesyonellerinden gelebilecek sağlığa ilişkin konularda danışmanlık hizmeti sağlamak ve hasta eğitimi vermek konusunda gerekli alt yapıya sahip olmaları kaçınılmazdır. Bu bağlamda, hastane eczacılarının yeni konumunun, sağlık çalışanları ve toplum tarafından anlaşılabilmesi için, potansiyel rollerine ilişkin alt yapılarının neler olduğunun saptanması önem kazanmaktadır. Bu araştırmanın amacı, dünyada değişen ve gelişen hastane eczacılığı kavramının, iyi eczacılık kılavuzunun ilkeleri doğrultusunda eczacıların hastanede yaptıkları işlerden ve meslekten memnuniyetinin Ankara’daki durumunu ortaya koymaktır. Araştırma sonuçları hastane eczacılarının durumunun iyi eczacılık uygulamalarının gerisinde kaldığına işaret etmektedir.

Evaluation of the Status of Hospital Pharmacist Working at Hospital Pharmacies in Ankara From Professional Perspective

It is inevitable that hospital pharmacists, should have the necessary background on the health related issues arising from various parts of the community and/or from other healthcare professionals. In this context, for understanding the hospital pharmacist’s new status both by the community and the healthcare professionals, it is important to determine their background concerning their potential roles. The aim of this suvey is to reveal the concept and status of hospital pharmacy in Ankara which is in change and in progress worldwide. This is done in parallel to good pharmacy practice guidelines. The results of the survey indicated that hospital pharmacists’ status is far behind the good pharmacy practice guidelines.
